Our mission is to support the workforce of Community Health Workers and Promotoras by providing competence-based education in research best practices.
This training was created with a large group of Community Health Workers and Promotoras who worked with researchers and leaders of community based organizations across the United States. It is designed to be adaptable and focused on how people like to learn.

This training recognizes the importance of communication, having meaningful conversations, building trust, and providing accurate information and resources to community members about research.
